Marquette Foundation Wall Stabilization

Challenge
Owner had listed a house with foundation walls cracked and bowing in. A possible buyer was interested in the property but was worried about the foundation as was the lender, the loan could not be issued until foundation was permanetly stabilized. We were contacted and did an inspection.
Solution
Upon inspecting the affected walls it was proposed to stabilize the walls using our geo-lock wall anchor system. With the weather a big factor we were able to move our schedule around a little bit and installed 28 wall anchors completed on Dec 2nd. Effectively stabilizing the home's foundation allowed the sale to proceed.
